About Me
Hi! My name is LaDonya Sierra Williams, I am a model, teacher, business owner, and victim advocate. I was born in Akron Ohio but have spent the majority of my life living in Cuyahoga Falls. Living in a National forest I love nature and all outdoor activities, mostly hiking and biking. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, doing yoga, pilates, photography, and travel. I am an ambitious, creative-minded individual who loves to document my life and capture moments through photography, so while you read a little about me I hope you enjoy some of my favorite photos I have taken throughout my life thus far.
Travel has been my passion from a very young age. In recent years I have had the opportunity to travel to Europe, visiting Florence, Sienna, and Rome. There I was able to see and experience all of the beauty Italy had to offer. I spent time exploring the rich history of the land but also indulging in the food and wines. The next continent I had the opportunity to visit was Africa. In Africa, I was able to camp in the Tanzanian Serengeti, where I was able to see and even interact with the wildlife of the land. I was able to visit several tribes and observe their customs and culture and land. The beauty of Africa was so vast, I was not only able to visit Tanzania, but I was also able to spend time on the island of Zanzibar. In Zanzibar, I spent time harvesting herbs and spices and indulged in the rich culture and foods. Traveling is my passion, and observing and learning about different cultures and all of the ways of the world is something I find great importance in.

My Business
My business is Simply Soqi Botanicals, we are a family-owned business aiming to teach others how to cultivate their own health and wellness through both herbal education and relaxation. We offer herbal tea and vitality blends, as well as body butters and skincare. Through this business, I have been able to cultivate so many meaningful self-care practices that have helped me to be more conscious about not only what I put on my skin but how I put it on. These are the same practices we teach and promote through our wellness ministry.
Outside Work
The work I do outside of my business and modeling is in local government where I work in Community Outreach. Helping people in some way is always something I’ve known I wanted to do. My desire to work in this field specifically started in 2021 when was able to save a baby’s life after witnessing a car accident. For context, my first job was within the Daycare system, and as a requirement I had several certifications that I had to take to be able to work with children, some of those trainings included CPR and First Aid. This was something that at the time I took very seriously luckily they were skills that I never actually had to utilize in that job. It wasn’t until years later when I witnessed what could have been a fatal car crash were I needed to use the information I had been taught in these trainings. I sprung into action and used the abdominal thrust technique to open an infant's airway. The accident caught national attention and in 2021 I was awarded the America Red Cross Hero’s Award for my actions. After this, I realized that I was able to share my story to inspire others to sign up for training programs like the First Aid Certification I had taken. Encouraging people to help others and being a person who helps others has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Through this, I learned not only the power I had as an advocate through my voice but the power I could have as an advocate using my image as well.
Purpose
I hope to be able to positively affect the people and the world around me. I desire to use modeling as a creative avenue to advocate for diversity for people all around the world through my voice and my image.
